Document Delivery That Takes Privacy Seriously
Not every document should travel through a consumer courier app. When what you're sending is sensitive — legally, financially, or personally — the way it's handled matters as much as getting it there. DocsSafe was designed for exactly this: careful, professional delivery with full traceability and built-in privacy from booking to handover.
Who Uses Secure Document Delivery
Our service is used by individuals and organizations across New York City who need document delivery handled with discretion, care, and accountability.
- Legal professionals with privileged materials

What We Carry
We handle documents and compact materials that require careful, professional delivery. Our service is not suited for large freight or oversized items.
Weight limit: up to 50 lb per item / 100 lb total. Single-driver handling only.
What Sets DocsSafe Apart
NDA Protection for Sensitive Materials
We can sign your confidentiality agreement before pickup — or provide our own. NDA is included with VIP Concierge and available as an add-on for Standard Concierge.
Private Tracking, Not Public
Your delivery progress is accessible only via a private link. No shared dashboards, no third-party visibility, no public tracking pages.
In-Vehicle Safe
Documents and compact valuables can travel in a bolted in-vehicle safe — not loose in a bag. Included with VIP Concierge; available as an add-on for Standard Concierge.
Vetted, Uniformed Couriers
Every DocsSafe driver passes a comprehensive background check. You know who is handling your documents — not an anonymous gig worker.
Documented Proof at Every Step
Timestamped photos at pickup and at handover, plus recipient signature where required. A clear record you can rely on.
