Question 1

What's included in Concierge service mileage?

Accepted Answer

Each Concierge tier includes a set number of miles per hour of service. The exact mileage and any overage rates are calculated by our AI assistant when you book. We can accommodate longer trips and regional routes — any distance is welcome, and our AI assistant will estimate time and mileage before you confirm.

Question 2

Can you sign NDAs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can sign your firm's NDA or provide our own template. For VIP Concierge, NDA is automatically included. For Standard Concierge and Document Delivery, NDA is available as an add-on. NDAs are signed before pickup so your documents are protected for the entire chain of custody.

Question 3

Are items insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Basic coverage is included with every delivery. Additional declared value insurance is available upon request for high-value items. Please contact us for a custom quote.

Question 4

Is the in-vehicle safe optional?

Accepted Answer

Our in-vehicle safe is designed for documents and compact valuables, not for large or heavy boxes. For VIP Concierge (including long-distance concierge), the safe is included. For Standard Concierge and Document Delivery, the safe is available as an add-on.

Question 5

Are there weight or size limits?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For safety and single-driver handling, our standard limits are: Up to 50 lb per item. Up to 100 lb total per booking. Items must be manageable by one driver without special equipment.

Question 6

Do you handle long-distance or interstate deliveries?

Accepted Answer

Yes. DocsSafe can support regional and interstate trips starting from New York for documents and compact valuables. Long-distance jobs are usually booked as VIP Concierge by the hour.

Question 7

How do I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Once your driver is assigned, you'll receive a private tracking link. It shows a live map, ETA, and status updates from pickup to handover.

Question 8

Is tracking truly live?

Accepted Answer

Yes — you'll get a live tracking link with an auto-updating map, ETA, and status milestones from pickup to handover.

Question 9

Airport pickups — what info do you need?

Accepted Answer

For airport-related deliveries, DocsSafe does not transport passengers — we handle documents and small parcels only. Please provide airline, flight number, airport, terminal, contact name and mobile number.

Question 10

Do you offer corporate or ongoing delivery solutions?

Accepted Answer

Yes. DocsSafe offers corporate and recurring delivery solutions for law firms, financial institutions, healthcare organizations, and other professional offices with monthly or quarterly contracts.
